TPA Slovakia has changed headquarters.
We have moved to new, larger and more modern premises in order to be able to provide our clients with even higher quality services.
Employees are the soul of every business and it was important for us to involve our staff in the process of selecting our new location and premises. Our employees were able to express their opinions and selection criteria through an online questionnaire. We then tried to take as many of their preferences as possible into consideration when choosing the final location. With Blumental Offices, our expectations were met and our wishes came true.
We wanted to create a working environment that would communicate our corporate values: PROFESSIONALISM, TEAMWORK and HUMANITY. We are a team of accountants, tax advisers and auditors. In addition to our PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, we also wished to emphasise the human dimension of our work. We wanted our offices to stimulate positive emotions among both clients and employees.
From the beginning we communicated to the architect our interest in natural materials and colours that would create a cosy atmosphere for the premises. We discussed the concepts of Wabi Sabi and Hygge, which, in our opinion, stimulate emotions that enhance HUMANITY in communication. Our colleagues and clients appreciate how professional the new space is and we immediately identified with it. The kitchen with its connected and spacious terrace area and the various break out zones promote informal interconnections between colleagues – TEAMWORK. The result of this joint effort is a friendly space that connects employees with clients.
